Decaf Huila, Colombia
$20.00
Decaffeinated with ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane fermented in the Cauca valley, a process that runs at a lower temperature than the older methods and leaves more of the origin in the cup. It removes about 97 percent of the caffeine, so a 12 oz cup still carries roughly 5 mg. This is a real single origin rather than a decaf blend, which is why it scores 84 rather than the low 70s most supermarket decaf would.
