Roasted the day
before it ships
We buy from single farms and washing stations in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Kenya, and we roast Monday through Thursday. Every bag carries its roast date, its cupping score, and the name of the producer.

Grind it just before you brew
Ground coffee loses most of its aroma within about fifteen minutes, which is why we ship whole bean by default. If you do not own a burr grinder yet, that is the one purchase that changes your cup more than switching beans will.
