Gooseneck Kettle

The narrow spout is the entire point: it lets you place water where you want it at a rate you control, which is most of what separates a good pour-over from a mediocre one. This is the stovetop version rather than the electric, so it costs less and has no temperature readout. If you want to hit a specific brew temperature you will need a thermometer, or you can take the simpler route of boiling and waiting 30 seconds.
