Daybreak Espresso

Regular price $22.00
Built for espresso and for milk, which is why it is roasted past first crack rather than kept light. The Sumatran component gives it enough body to hold up in a 6 oz cappuccino without disappearing. Pulled as a straight shot it is heavy and chocolatey, so if you want a bright, tea-like espresso the Huila ground fine is a better choice.
