Dried on the cherry for 18 days, which is what produces the blueberry note people either love or find too much. It is our highest scoring coffee at 88.25 and also our most polarising, so if you drink your coffee with milk this is the wrong bag. Brewed as a pour-over at a 1:16 ratio it is closer to a fruit tea than to what most people picture when they think of coffee.
